Can you cross progress with xbox and ps4?
My friend wants to know and we can't figure out how to
help would be great!

Not certain so I could be wrong, but I think you can. Just friend each other through dbd itself and you should be able to play together. If not, then idk.

what i mean is linking an account from xbox to ps4 so you have the same things

Oh mb, ig I didn't read that correctly lol. I saw the word friend and thought you were trying to play together. But I don't think you can merge anything when it comes to console dbd sadly. I'm pretty sure the only way to merge accounts rn is between steam/epic/stadia. Could still be wrong btw, but I'm 90% certain that you can't.

Ah ok, ty. I thought they added it through stadia but Ig not. And I figured stadia was dead lol. Much appreciated

I could have sworn I saw an new pop-up long form article this week on cross-progression when launching the PS5 edition of the game, something about syncing accounts to carry over progress.
This article doesn't appear on the PC version, so I thought they had added it recently.

But I skipped it and hopped into a match, now I can't find it...

Only thing I could find when googling it was the Steam and Epic cross-progression accounts.
