I have the same issue! I got it recently too. Anyone knows how to fix it?
What I have tried so far:

- Verify game files.
- Re-install the game.
- "Repair" EAC.
- Deleted binary files in C:\XboxGames\Dead By Daylight\Content\DeadByDaylight\Binaries\WinGDK
- Deleted files in C:\XboxGames\Dead By Daylight\Content\EasyAntiCheat\Certificates

We need a fix asap!

win64 shipping.exe sounds like a pc itself problem

Mine is all good lately, I just clear my download cache on steam settings. Then reinstall my game again .
