No Network Connection Error
Hey everyone, I've been having this error for 5 hours. I've tried every solution on internet but there were really few topics about it, I wonder if anyone knows the solution for this error. Helps appreciated.

IF you really have already checked EVERY solution on interent O_o then its probably something either wrong with server in your area Or your ISP, so just wait for auto fix then❕

I'm having the same error, anyone has any fix for it? Tried with VPN either not working.

Just make sure preferred DNS server is set to: 8.8.8.8 & Alternate: 8.8.4.4. This always works for me, and you can reset the settings at a later time back to "obtain automatically". Hope this helps

Didn't help, I tried with my mobile phone internet too but didn't work out. Losing my mind really, whats this error?

My thoughts if you are still stuck:--

Go to, STEAM TAB in top left.

Select "GO OFFLINE" . Then go online. Do this on/off a few times.

Stay online. Close down, reboot. Try again..

Alternate, run the game as Administrator.

Go to Library.
Right click on DbD.
Select Manage. Then go to: browse local files
Right click on DeadByDaylight,exe and use "run as administrator."
----

Alternate 2
Go to settings.
Go to Secutiry.
De-authorise all devices. But you will have to sign in again, with authentification, etc.

Any updates? I’m having this exact same issue. None of the previous solutions worked for me.
If you use another account play 1, 2 games and no internet after that. U got silent ban from EAC, look like I told bullsh*t but trust me.

Same here. I wasn`t able to play the game for a few months and when I finally reached out to support, they told me that I was permanently banned for only god knows what :steamthumbsup:
Perhaps you should contact them, too.

I have the same problem and it's been almost 1 month, when I contacted support, only bots responded and said they will fixed the problem and let me know...( I never received a reply message ) so I kept insisting and they told me that they banned me permanently for "reasons" they don't sure.

I tried to use another account and when I start to play a match it disconnects me cuz EAC couldn't verify my account and I get a error code 4. its really! crazy!

I want to clarify that no ban sign appears when I enter the game, only " no network connection " and then I need an internet connection to play and blah blah

Same with no ban sign! However, the support suggested that I contact easy anti-cheat so that they could "help" me. I described my problem to them, after which I waited a week only to see something like "it's true we banned you, so we won't accept your ban appeal...". They never explained the reason I was banned.

For a long time they have not fixed the problem with displaying the ban, so you can find out that you are banned only by entering the game since Steam does not give any signs as before. Previously, the game wrote that you were banned (account suspended) after trying to log into the game now it's only "no network connection". Damn you have so many hours and are completely banned?

apparently I'm banned.. the reason? "in case you cheat in the future" lol its looks weirdo, this problem happened years ago and some people say that it solved itself after a long time, Idk what else to say, I have never known about this error.
