the good old times xD
Times where the time it took for a killer to vault a window, a survivor could heal himself with self care. Good ol'times
I can't even begin to explain how lame that is. I dont know why people are afraid of these things so much. We play games about literal serial killers in a 15 or 18+ setting but we're afraid of what, mean words to each other?
I played a game similar to this that recently released a few months ago that had voice chat and when ever people didn't have it, the gameplay just sucked. At least like proximity voice chat is necessary. Plus it would add to the wibe of like screaming "nooooooooooooooooooooo" Yeah maybe it would get old later but what ever.
Group of survivors on a same party with VC for some or most seems like a huge advantage . Reason why this is a big deal for most people is beacuse VC in this game gives a huge advantage time to time againts the killer.
Ye I guess its because it wasnt balanced around it, this creates an even worse situation now cause friends can be on discord but its not balanced around people being on VC which seems to suck but yeah people still play it so I guess its not a big problem yet?
People are sadly used to it at this point.
good gaming people
Balancing would easier if you give everyone VC not only swf
"killers handbook" Lol
best regards and good gaming.
Killer isn't as necessary, (although it'd be nice to be able to socialize in a multiplayer game even as the 'solo role') - but survivors definitely need to be able to interact in such a team-based role..! So weird they still can't, even if originally they weren't supposed to? The game has changed a lot over the years so I don't see the need to be so rigid and stagnant on this part of the game, either!
I'd love to be able to just tell people I found a key in the chest in basement, then leave it in case last guy needs it later. Or, if I'm killer its nice to just tell people to go take hatch/exit, or that I'm bringing a cake. Pointing out a totem you saw, or a 3-gen that needs breaking, offering to go for unhooks, mentioning perks, there's so many simple things that would be wonderful to share!
I am playing an online game so it is nice to be able to interact with other people! since - that's a large draw to multiplayer..? At least, to me??? Either way people can certainly be mean with or without words. I get that someone can say nasty junk to me verbally or mid-game but i don't care the positives outweigh the negatives I feel! Since like *any* other online games I play; just have a mute button and its fine.
tbh I'm more worried about people intentionally throwing and sandbagging. But, you don't need a mic. to be a certified temper tantrum toddler; years without voice chat has shown me that regardless of whether people can talk, they still have a plethora of ways to communicate. Just make it easier and let us use our words please! It is easier to humanize digital/pixel players in our computer screens if we give everyone the chance to have an actual way to talk and communicate, or, have a VOICE. But yes - please make sure the mute function works so we can mute the nasty nancy here 'n there; or the kid that has a 12 dollar mic. fizzling obnoxious noise... As long as we can shush them, the silent majority of the population would pro'lly be happy with the changes! A-at least lemme' type to console players in pregame/postgame chat too if nothing else..? C'mon throw us a table scrap at least?
