Best DLC to get first?

I have just started dbd and want to get some DLC to help me gain perks for other survivors or killers (i play survivor 80% of the time) and wanted to know which DLCs would be the best to get for mainly survivors with good perks first?

I highly recommend Resident Evil chapter. Playing as Wesker is my favorite experience on the game.

1 Atm "Made for This" is very meta. It's from Gabriel Soma and lets you run faster.
2 Or Kate Densons "Windows of Opportunity" is popular because it shows you pallets in your vicinity.
3 Maybe you want to hide more as a starter, so i could recommend "Distortion" from Jeff. It prevents the killer from seeing your aura.

Which DLC collection would they be in thank you and do you reckon those 2 will be enough to start me off?

Just play with basic characters for a while and grind their perks. If you truly enjoy the game or want more skins you buy more characters.

Kate and Clown prob the best starter dlc

Probably the Clown DLC. You get Windows of Opportunity for survivor and pop + bamboozle for Killer.
