I miss old freddy

For the people who didn't play as or against old freddy or doesn't know old freddy basically he was able to manually pull people in the dream world which took 7 seconds and if they wasn't in the dream world than he wasn't able to hit them but than in the dream world you was able to get hit but they wasn't dream snares, dream pallets or gen teleportation they was debuffs like 50% debuff of gen speed and he could see your aura almost all the time


Yes i do remember how weak he was but playing as and against freddy was so much fun than what we have now bc as survivor when you was in the dream world you want to get out of the dream world as fast as possible bc he knew ur exact location and the gen slowdown than as killer for some reason for me a least it was just more fun to pull people in the dream world instead of passively or hitting them, I know they never revert the rework but i do offer a idea that could make freddy more fun and maybe even better is make it where you have to pull people back in the dream world but make it where when people are in the dream world they can't wake up with skill checks and they have to get the alarms or of course keep the wake up other survivors mechanic but maybe make the gen debuffs 30% instead of the 50% than keep where able to see suvivors aura at all time and remove dream snares and remove gen teleportation and than maybe have dream pallets that are random place in the dream world that just spawn in bc they just really fun and confusing and i feel them being auto place make them better bc freddy don't have to waste time placing them and survivors have to 50/50 on which pallet is which on all loops but jungle gyms than I think this would make freddy fun and balance

He was my main and the reason i start playing the game when the rework happen i was really sad.

Now he is just a weak M1 killer with a power so bad that using it is a detriment to you.

Well they did Q&A on reddit and there was a question about Freddy, he's on their list for update but who knows what they mean by that, power rework to make fun again, addon rework so they can do something noticeable, or just minor update where they give +0,1% hindered on his snares

Yeah and its going to take at least 2 or 3 years from that point.

I mained him back then as well. I think given how he is now, going back wouldnt be as enjoyable. hed be too slow for the pace of the game now
Now as survivor, I have no problems with it lol I used to love using adrenaline and then as he swung, waking up and hearing the miss LOL

i'll never forget one time a survivor accused me after the match that it was the sweatiest, meanest, most miserable match he'd ever played.

Honestly, allow him to have both dream pallets and snares and give him dream lockers as well. Make the nightmare world something you actively want to avoid instead of a slight inconvenience

Man I hope its a power rework to make him more like in the movies 'cause I'd take a crappy 'nonmeta' killer that's fun and unique over one that just teleports to a gen to pop it 'er whatever

I love you freddy every day i hope and pray you'll be as cool as you are in the movies we need more freddy cosmetics too he needs to look as handsome as bubba (in a suit)
