Basically, she can find the survivors trying to get in the 3 gens but will have issues dropping catching up to them when they start running in the opposite direction.
If you use those, you can be absolutely lethal with Brutal Strength, Bamboozle, and STBFL. (4th perk is up to you. Jolt is decent for not having to kick gens).
If you want to lean on how boring she can be, you could try her green and yellow add-ons that make survivors oblivious and increase claw trap battery life. (Useful for getting sneaky hits and forcing pallets to be destroyed upon a fast vault).
If you use Eruption, Trail of Torment, Jolt, and Fearmonger, you can hold a 3gen until the cows come home…
Honestly, just play Nurse or Blight instead. Both parties would have more fun ending the match quickly due to lethality than slowly due to a war of attrition.
