Bought a pack of cells a month ago for RE discounts and never received it.
I like shiny things. I want it.

You should have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it immediately after buying the auric cells. If you didn't, I guess try making a ticket on Behavior's site?

It's a Dwight Propeller hat now. They never said anything about both, it got changed probably.

Yes but the Propeller Hat for Dwight is limited to the 25th of april which means now it should be the charm again :3
