You are better off running jolt or deadlock right now the rest are not that good.
Which is why I always say that both Killers and Survivors should have some non-shareable perks. You simply can't balance a new entry around a perk only to say "You know? This perk is unbalanced if used by everyone else - so we will trounce it, the brand new entry be damned. It is amazing how the developers still have to learn this simple fact after 7 years.
Overcharge is something I'm running on almost every single killer, and it pairs very well with Nowhere to Hide and Discordance. Adding those perks helps you know which gens are being rushed, and gives you aura reading so you can find those doing it. For the last perk, I run Fearmonger, but there's multiple options that would work for the 4th slot.
