God Blinding Killers Suck
Apparently no one wants to kick gens now, and just rely on perks to initiate regression, no Blast Mine.

Moment I bring a Flashlight into my hand on the loadout screen the Killer either gets PTSD and dodges or puts on Lightborn.

Dudes I promise I'm not being toxic, come back :(

Dude, if I see 2-3 flashlights in the lobby I will just let you know, you're wasting an item slot.
I will assume you will be doing mostly save attempts with the flashlight, and I will laugh when I hit you while you're trying to blind me.

It's hardly ever feasible to kick a gen without some kind of perk attached to it. The regression bump still isn't worth it.

the 3s doesn't make a difference in my personal opinion, although I don't need lightborn to avoid it, if I see someone using it I turn to the side, if I'm breaking a pallet and they blind me that 3s is nothing as some of it is used from breaking the pallet.

Theres no reason to kick gen as the killer now so like you said blast mine is worthless until the dev create a new gen kicking perk that worth the time investment.

If the dodge in the loading screen make it could be because of a map offering and not the flashlight. If 3 or more survivor use a flashlight its not a surprise that the killer use lightborn to counter that.

The best time to bring a flashlight is if you are the only one with it. Btw make sure you dont last sec swich this can result in a dosge too.

yeah pallet blind is kinda useless, idk why survivors do it. you can usually hear them and just go on sound, especially if they're injured. and most of the blind you just in animation of breaking the pallet. really a waste of battery
Challenges and sometimes they can lose the killer by hiding in a corner that is if they didn't get injured first.

Honestly, I tend to be blinded almost from the back of the head when they start bringing that many flashlights I can also usually avoid them if I'm not locked in an animation.

Challenges are exactly it. If you get one of those "blind the killer ten times" things, flashlighting them to the face after dropping a pallet is the fastest, safest way to rack up that many, and you don't have to get off a gen for it, either.

Also, I used to use Lightborn against flashlight squads, but the longer I play, the more I prefer Franklin's Demise. Lightborn's aura read is nice while it lasts, but it's no joke that survivors who've come to depend heavily on items will take risks and make themselves easier to hit/catch trying to get those items back, and Franklin's lets you see where their stuff landed after they dropped it.

Yeah, been thinking about using Franklin's too, but my recent games have a weird hitbox reaction you know how survivors complain getting hit while at the end of the vault by the killer? I have survivors literally dancing in front of me in half of the survivors when I do the attack it counts as a hit but in these ones it's like the hitbox is god knows where because it's not on the survivor.
Also, I already waste too much time chasing some of these survivors that gens are popping don't want to waste more time adding these items to the patrol.
