EAC Error 3

Hey there, I was wondering if anyone has had the easy anti cheat error 3 saying that you've been kicked from the server because of a failure to validate your account.
I'm new here, bought the game to play with friends, but as soon as i finished the tutorial i can't get into a lobby with them because i'm getting kicked everytime with this message. I tried reinstalling EAC, as well as reinstalling the game. Sent a ticket to behaviour, they said that they're investigating the issue, but 3 days have passed, and still no response. Anyone had this problem/managed to resolve it?

This is a dumb question to ask on my part but hear me out-

Do your friends play cross-platform and do you have yours enabled? I encountered this issue when I first started playing too. Once I enabled it everything seems to have started working. I can't explain how but- it just sorta did. I hope you find a solution to your issue soon. ;;

Yup, my friends and I have all crossplay enabled,also, this problem occurs even when trying to play alone, both killer and survivor side, i guess I only have to wait behaviours response, even if 3 days have passed and I'm still waiting :/

Yeah, as I said on the post, I already sent a ticket to behaviour, following that exact link, but it was 3 days ago, and i only got an email that was saying that they were checking the problem.
3 days for that, ngl i think it's kinda weird

I also sent a ticket to support but only got "We'll look into it" and nothing for 3days...

i created a steam account and bought a copy of the game just to play with some friends who told me thaat i'd like this game, so yeah, same

same i just bought the game and i was able to play 3 matches for 2 hours and now i cant anymore with same issue as you "getting kicked out from the server error code 3 " i just sent an email to behaviour , honestly this game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
