What i do, i can't launch the game

I would like to know as well. I've deleted and re-installed the game and it keeps having the same error.

If you are using Windows, this might fix it.
-Keyboard shortcut for Run: Windows Key + R
-Type:

cmd

-Hit Enter. This brings up the command prompt.
-Type without hitting Enter:

fsutil.exe file SetCaseSensitiveInfo "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam" disable

-Before you hit Enter, look at the part that says "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam" and check to see if it is actually where your steamapps folder is being stored. At least, the steamapps folder that has Dead By Daylight in it, you may have multiple folders if you install games on multiple drives. Wherever that folder is, that is what you type in that spot.

For example, I have an E:\ drive that has Steam games installed on it, all in a folder called SteamLibrary. If Dead By Daylight was installed to my particular E:\ drive and I had this problem, I would type

fsutil.exe file SetCaseSensitiveInfo "E:\SteamLibrary" disable

-Once you are sure that the correct folder is typed in, hit Enter.
-Try starting up Dead By Daylight
