Bloody Party Streamers

Any OGs remember when a bloody party streamer meant it was a all parties points farming match? Cause i miss that. i miss that a lot.

Well I still play like that, if I want to farm I use them hook everyone twice, and then proceed to farm with survs and then let them escape

You're one of the few then. I miss this. used to play a lot back around the time micheal dropped. stopped for about a year cause comp broke and had no internet. but when i came back it seemed like no one did that anymore.

Players become way too competitive, taking this game way to seriously, I am sure if there was voice chat in game you could hear killers screams across the map, as well as hear 1 surv yelling most racist thing on another one cause he didn't hit great skill check when healing him

I would not be surprised tbh. Mind if there was that in game vc Id be a ghost face that sneaks up on a survivor and says "We've been trying to reach you about your cars extended warrenty" but i digress lol. I try to have fun and only "try" to go hard when its clear im teamed with a survivor who basically causes other survivors to die, or theres a dc and killer doesnt prove chill cause someone just screwed the others over. as killer im insta chill if theres a dc or afk survivor. cause they are basically making it harder for the others.

The closest I've ever come is 4x streamers in one match. I bet it was sweet...but I'd bet that people are going to be using those anniversary cakes/flans when they come out again. I'm sure we'll see a lot more games like that one after the 21st.

no word of a lie if people are chill during events again and party streamers once again become a party youll see the entire atmosphere of the game change for players.

I miss this too, but here's the thing....It will never return to the way it was. Anyone that was playing like that was on cross off, with the occasional console player respecting it also. But with the BP incentive to play with cross play on and BHVR's push for turning Horror Mario Party into a competitive game has brought forth a new generation of players that think the 4K is a win, rather than a focus on Blood Points as the win. With this flood of new players they lost a ton of old players on PC and probably console too (which has steadily been on a decline way before Wishdotcom Nurse (Wesker), Dumbge (Dredge), The Camper(Knight), Dull Merchant, and Suckularity were released. None of which helped the situation, only making it worse. Then to top it off, they remove sky/spacebilly, bring it back, then remove it for a final time (within 30 days of bringing it back), remove the ability to glitch cosmetics (RIP Jeryl, Chames, Chreon, Jire, etc.), then killed every single META perk for survivors, and removed Maurice for months on end. (The mention of Billy, Glitched cosmetics, the perks, and Maurice brought fun to players, and I know a score of people that left permanently over these things, so they were worth being mentioned) It's almost as if this companies motto is "NO FUN ALLOWED"

Honestly, if I could chat with survivors in the pre-match lobby, it would only ever be to wish them luck, and/or to tell them I'm offering a bloody streamer and hope they'll join me.

Honestly, same. I think I missed the best of these games and I wish it wasn't dying such a brutal death to... whatever the hell is going on right now. It's like they're trying to qualify for a fortnite tournament.

I miss that. I hate farming matches but I feel like people treat this game as a tourney with a prize nowadays. It's to the point where I feel refreshed when the killer decides to be goofy.

My sister caught COVID yesterday so I dedicated my afternoon after work playing with her. Of course, we didn't play as well because she's sick and I took a long-ish break due to work. We got steamrolled one game and our teammate said he should've dodged after looking at our hours. He had his hours hidden. If he wanted to win all the time, then he should be SWFing with a comp sweat squad, not soloing. Imagine caring about winning 24/7 in an ASYMMETRICAL game with some RNG in it.

Im totally planning on only having fun as killer with the anniversary, I jusr don't farm from start, because that also upsets people lol, I usually see how the game goes to see if I first play a bit serious or not.

Bro this was literally my fave thing to do as killer. And glitching cosmetics as Survivor. Neither exist in game anymore. Super sad moments. RIP Spacebilly.

I still play like that as killer. If I see more than one party streamer/flan/other game boost I will attempt to make it a farming match. (Although, I make it a fun farming match, as I will still chase the survivors around as normal, but I just won't kill them, they catch on pretty quick. But by playing as normal, except the final hook, we all max out all our stuff. (More people get to max gens, because I am actively defending/kicking them. Since,if they do five uninterrupted gens, some players won't be maxed. More people get altruism from healing people. More people get boldness from chases. Etc)

Although, since they nerfed Sadako into the ground I kinda stopped playing killer. Am a bit irritated with that, it was very unnecessary.
