“Rant: DBD is dying” video

A new video by SpookNJukes was uploaded over an hour ago and I’m curious about people’s thoughts on this.

Personally I don’t believe DBD is dying, it doesn’t seem like they’ve lost *that* many players. But I will agree with the fact it’s poorly balanced, has a toxic community and a serious hacking issue.

How many "DbD is dying" videos do we have until now?

Plenty. But more and more popular DBD content creators are addressing the issues with the game, which is exactly what we need.

Will BHVR do anything about it? Only time will tell. But I hope they take action sooner rather than later because I would love to return to this game.

This forum isn't about you. Game have issues, it need critics and improvements.

No they should not. It is because they listen to all the crying that the game lost many players. BHVR should just show to players all the info they have about the game balance and their goals. Many players still think they only won when they scape or or get 4 kills.
edit: They said they wanted a average of 60% kill rate and now we have it. Also, the youtuber is a tryhard. Just saw the video now.

This forum isn't about you. Game have issues, it need critics and improvements.

So critics and improvements now are named: "game dying,dissapoiting in future, from players who not even play" ? Or you want BHVR team just follow some "content creators" instructions how they should make a game? Iam sory that you met me, who think different

The expected result is to get the community talking and hear their POV.

Do they agree with the content creators views or not? If not, why is that?
Do they think BHVR need to go in a better direction, yes or no?
What can we do to improve the community who at this point are known for being overly hostile?
Have the last two chapters been up to standard in comparison to one’s we received before? If not, what didn’t you like about them?

I could go on honestly. But if you read my original post or read through all the responses I received on page 1 you’ll see people have followed this discussion bar you.

I think some creators should take a break from the game and also from social media involving the game. I don't think the game is dying or in a bad state at all. If you don't like the newest chapter you have so many other choices, but for content creators, they have to play the new stuff over and over and over and if it's not something you like, ofcourse you get burned out. and not gonna call names, but some creators just jump on the bandwagon, because it gets views.

many creators should take a break from this game for the good of majority of playerbase. Aside of pushing toxic behavior for the point of getting more views, they will do various other stuff, just like this, to gain even more clicks and views.

Game have issues (hackers, cheaters, balance, toxicity) and need improvements, but which game doesn't have them???
