They barely do anything...

Short of the iridescent badge after a gen pop they are too slow to be a threat unless you just get unlucky and one is blocking your loop.

They do a lot. They can force survivors to stop doing tasks like repairing gens, opening chests, cleansing totems and opening gates, they can get in the way of loops and they can reveal survivors if Nemesis pays attention to their auras when they spot survivors.

I know, I play nemesis.
If you don't make loud noises they usually don't bother you. They are completely rng on whether they do anything at all or get stuck in place for the entire match.

Especially on big maps they often feel quite useless.

I've personally noticed a increase in their efficiency with the updates Behavior did to AI recently. I've witnessed it on both sides. Much to my pleasure as Nemmy and my annoyance as survivor. They seem at least from what I've witness have some priority to what they do now. I use to be able to lead them away from gens when they approached me and a team mate. But now they will prio the gen always. Which I never had issues with before.

Meanwhile while I'm playing Nemmy their positioning and detection range/awareness seems generally better, and they often get in the way of the survivors far more then they ever use to do. They still do get stuck from time to time, which is always bothersome. But I honestly think they might have actually improved them on the backend.

If you say so.... Admittedly I have not noticed much difference. I will try and pay closer attention to how they are moving then. It would be nice if their ai has been improved, that was one of the things I didn't like about Nemesis.

Half of his power and almost all his addons rely on rng

Nemesis zombies and Knight guards, the play for the killer, its like having killer bots to help. Survivors need such things, to do gens for us and unhook

At least the knight has some control over what his minions do and where they go.

Should just be able to count on the other survivors to do it, but ya can't. Can't have ♥♥♥♥ in Detroit I tells ya. I have more sources of rage from my own team mates in this game then I do from the killers or the survivors when I'm the killer. Swear our community has a collective like five brain cells and someone ain't sharing when its other players turns.

Hell if I know
they still don't do ♥♥♥♥ for me
I've had games where they would stand on a gen while someone is working on it

Zombies can be quite useful, especially if you give them yellow awareness/speed add ons. In each of the last few games I played Nemesis they managed to disrupt repairs/healings and cut off survivors in loops several times. One even downed a survivor who just opened a gate and tried to rush past him.
