Both are good, but CoB brings info and regression, whereas Pop is situational and only provides regression.

I’d recommend pairing whichever one you do pick with either Jolt or Eruption, because kicking gens isn’t really worth it anymore.

CoB can barely be considered regression anymore so bring it to combo with kick perks for info.

Pop is good if you can make consistent use of it. Be careful bringing it with perks that auto damage gens as it may protect them.
