Dead by Daylight Steam vs Epic Games FPS

Hello, recently I have moved to Epic Games to play Dead by Daylight, now I am getting nostalgia about the times I used to play DBD on Steam as it's my main game platform and I have all the games here.

Tho, I have a problem, my system usually runs DBD at 70-90 on Epic Games, and it did even before to move to Epic Games FROM Steam.

Now, when I want to play on Steam, I only get to play with 45-55 fps, tho nothing has changed, I literally have the same settings as the ones I have on Epic Games.

Files Integrity verified,
The fps cap at 60 it's not existing.
I literally did everything, I capped the FPS and 120 which I do for every game but still the game only goes till 59 fps.

Ram usage it's the same as I would run the game on epic games.
Optimizations have been made but nothing is changing, am I the only one? If not, did anobody have been able to fix it or not?

Try turning the steam overlay off if it's on, also the config folders for EGS and Steam are different

I copied the files from EGS to Steam, still the same problem

where can I turn off the overlay ?

open steam and on top where it says "Steam View Friends Games Help", press Steam, settings - in-game - overlay
