Seems like the hardest emblem requires that you never use Plot Twist. Sneaking around prone is not cool enough for iridescent unbroken, it seems.

Iridescent Unbroken basically means you never had to use the perk in the first place.
Keep in mind actually using it ingame is your own active choice.
Unless of course you did not down yourself but still only got gold, that would be a bug.
It's not the only perk which requires you to give up emblems when you want to get value out of it.
