It looks super silly.
Dredge's nod is absolutely adorable (but also looks like me trying to do my neck exercises on days I wake up with a little more tension there than usual lol)

When I nod as Killer, its never meant to be mean or rude; though unfortunately I know there are times I cannot convey that in another manner so I try not to nod unless the Survivors nod (or point) first, or a la an old fashioned parlay, both sides have entirely agreed we are just going to by silly all match (not farm, just be silly and "meme").

When I give the hatch or the gate to the last Survivor - because they deserved it - a nod can either be a salute or a “Yes, you can do it”.

A lot depends on context. DBD hasn’t many gestures so one must be creative (a single teabag can actually mean “Thank you” both to a Killer who let’s you go or to someone who healed you).

^ It kinda seems like if they do it once or at least slowly it's friendly, if they spam it it's meant to offend. Nodding teabagging shaking head etc etc.

I nod if I'm feeling a bit sassy after a match, or if the survivor does something impressive.

LATELY ONLY TIME I SEE the head shake is when a survivor and killer are working together and they end up getting the other 3 survivors killed just for a few measly points

...and i dont mean just a point to where they are i mean a full on doing chase with killer blocking people in its cringe

Nodding killers never get old. Something super funny about that.

Same reason Survivors Teabag

Its the only way to communicate and thus depends heavily on context. Could mean "yes", "I got you now", "♥♥♥♥ you" or whatever else.

I usually nod when I decide to be wholesome and let the survivors get hatch. But nodding as many different meanings depending on the context

I nod when a survivor makes a really good play.

I'll nod to survivors who get out of a hit by the skin of their teeth, it's hard to pull off and I can't help but respect it.
