Game crashes my entire pc
Please help, I’ve asked for help from the support team and they couldn’t figure it out. Basically, it can happen randomly but at the moment I can’t even get through a match before the game causes my entire PC to restart. I love this game, I’m trying to stream it but when it causes a crash and can’t even complete a match and I have to stop and start my stream, it gets very frustrating. I just want to play.

Edit: there’s no error screen as it’s causing my entire pc to restart and it happens randomly in the middle of the match. Also you can check out my pc specs on my profile…

you overclocking your computer at all?

Yeah check your CPU and GPU in the task manager. If you are trying to stream as well, that could be overheating your PC
Make sure your cpu and gpu aren't really high, like 95-100%

can you give more information about the error or what happens exactly❔❕
if they couldn't, probably nobody can O_o
still, lets give you some suggestions anyways :P
first thing, make sure everything in your pc is up-to-date❕ by everything i mean graphic drivers, cpu drivers, windows, everything❗
also make sure EAC and DBD are not being blocked by firewall, put them in white-list just to be sure everything is running smoothly.
you didnt mention what error you get or how the crash happens, maybe your internet is not strong to play and stream❕ idk make sure it is good enough...

To be honest, I’m not incredibly tech savvy, I wouldn’t be able to tell if I was.

I’m not getting an error screen as what it does it just restart my computer, everything’s updated, I’ll see about that firewall though, thank you. But my pc specs and wifi are definitely strong enough lol

I’ll see, thanks. It’s confusing tho because I have a very good pc and my streams always run so smoothly. The crash has been occurring very randomly. Wouldn’t even know if you could call it a crash as it always gives me a DC penalty lol.

Quite possibly your power supply sadly.
Hugzzi Jul 11, 2023 @ 5:12am
You could also try reseating your GPU into the motherboard and ditto the power conenctors for it. They can come out of the connector very slightly and it can cause weird stuff.

Sounds stupid but it has happened to me previously. Easy, free and quick to check though.

I will have to look into that, cuz I have had my PC randomly just restart on me as well recently. Thanks for that tip :)
