in my opinion the perk still bad you have no control over when the perk will active it can be active when you just down a survivor and it become waste i would pick bamboozle instead because for bamboozle you can instantly vault to shut down the loop

Maybe in some builds but for me I don't see it in mine anytime soon.

I won't run it, just because I don't like perks that require me to lose a little in order to gain a benefit, especially when they're unpredictable, but I could definitely see this becoming a good option for m1 killers.
Either way, I love the change. They took a useless perk, and gave it a nice solid boost rather than a little number tweak.
