Massive FPS drops

Ryzen 5 5600
RX 5700XT
16GB DDR4 3200MHZ

Having insane fps drops only on DBD, I had 0 problems in RE4, BF1, Valorant, CSGO, RE3

Tried:
Reinstalling driver
Verifying the game
Reinstalling the game
Enabling Vsync
Disabling Vsync
Messing with settings ultra/low/high
-dx12 in launch options

Any solution? My friend with a 5600G APU is not having any issues meanwhile I do?

How it looks "Massive FPS" drops. Fps droping from 110 to 80 or what?

I've not seen a solution but there have been alot of similar post over the last few weeks. I myself made a post, on an amd syst with rysen 7 processor. There are also post from people on nvidia and Intel systems so it doesn't seem amd related.

So in my case and others, if you run in a custom game with bots I get constant 120fps again. But in a real game, yeah fps drop down to 30-50 and then up to 90 for awhile and then 110 and then 20 ect ect lol.

Yes. After monitoring fps, it drops from 120 to 100/90 causing it to freeze & stutter quite a lot during the game.

What your GPU/CPU utilization in game? How much RAM free?

RAM usually around 8GB, CPU Usually 15-35%, GPU around 50-70% (since the game is capped)

Temps on cpu around 55, temps on gpu don't go beyond 60

Try to disable discord overlay and test in custom game how it goes.

I have a razer mouse and I completely uninstalled the drivers related to it since it saves DPI on the firmware

I disabled discord overlay and I also tried playing with 0 background apps running.

Well, try to cap fps to 90 and see how it goes.
Test it without DX12 also. DX12 is not option in game for reasons.

I have the game running on a gen 4 NVME

It's quite weird for me, I find if I try and lower my graphics down from ultra my fps actively gets worse. Around 25-30 fps on low, every min or so it will spike quickly back to 120 but doesn't last. It's super annoying because I never used to drop, maybe to like 110 but not much.

This is what i expected..
Well, try disable steam overlay.
If not, is your Razer mouse support high polling rate? If so, you need to test it. Try to lower it and see how it goes.
Is your AMD drivers up to date?
