Am I the only one that likes the OG DBD Graphics & Animation

I get the feeling am the only one that likes the original DBD Graphics & Animation I love how dark and gritty and everything of how the maps look like auto heaven had the green foggy mist coal tower had that beautiful blue atmosphere to it (besides Claudette player using that to camo themselves that sucks) and the items look way better than the new ones like the Medkit for example actually looks somebody used it rather than the new one and the animations like being injured it actually looked like they are in pain (yes some animations did look goofy like survivors running back in 2016 and the whole survivors going fast when vaulting was not fair but that was the animation speeding up not the animation itself) overall I like the OG graphics & animations looked really cool

I played back in 2016 but I barely remember anything about the graphics and such but I've seen some clips of the old grabs and wonder why they got downgraded

I miss the og graphics, I don't dislike the new stuff though. Just not sure I understand such drastic changes, besides adding more to a map. That, and a lot of the maps during the daytime don't make much sense. Given the title of the game.

Yeah I like the look of the older maps a lot more. Coal Tower and Autohaven are still nice to me but I hate new Coldwind farm, simply because of how bright it is. I also hate eyrie of crows for the same reason. Really takes away any bit of horror aspect away

I hate how much light there's on the maps now. Not a hide and seek game anymore. You can see the killer/survivor from miles away. Removed the jump scares as well

Agreed. I stood at the top of Eyrie as MM just because. As nice as that was, that's way too much information to have for long periods of time.

I like them, too. They felt more unique and radiated the vibe of the game. The new ones feel cookie cutter. I get why they did it, though. The game needs wider appeal, especially for new gen consoles.

I personally prefer the newer graphics and animations, never could stand the old ones.

There was someone in a thread the other day complaining about the game not being in 4k with a higher fps.
