Decimated Borgo glitch?

Queued for a game as Nurse on the Decimated Borgo, downed two survivors, hooked them, and the other two didn't come to save them, they both die, I snop around the map for what feels like an eternity and I couldn't find the other two. Almost 20 minutes of nothing happening, no scratch marks, no gen progress, nothing, and I was forced to quit. In the post game chat when I asked what the hell they were doing one guy told me something like "Its imba" while the other was talking in russian so I didn't know what he was saying.
Is there something wrong with this map? I think those two found some way to get off the map because I searched everything for almost 20 minutes and I never even founded any scratch marks, much less finding them.

I wonder if they ever fixed survivors being able to slide under exit switches to avoid being picked up.
