Fix to keep high dpi scaling override from resetting?
I run dbd using a 4k monitor, but run it at a 1920x1080 resolution, and I, like others, have been having a weird fps issue with the game since the singularity update dropped, where my game window minimized to 1920x1080, and where upon restarting the game began to run at my monitor's base resolution and started to eat away at my hardware.

Long story short, the problem is that the game suddenly began to use a high dpi scaling override, so after going into the exe's properties, un-checking it, and starting the game back up, everything returned to normal and I could run the game at high settings once again. However, after getting into a match for a few minutes, the game window minimized once again, and going back into the exe's properties, the high dpi override was checked again.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

IDK what exe properties you've mentioned, but to tweak settings better change GameUserSettings.ini file.

Right click the DBD.exe file (/DeadByDaylight\Binaries\Win64\DeadByDaylight-Win64-Shipping.exe), then properties. Under the compatibility tab, press change high DPI settings. Then at the the bottom check the box that says Override high DPI scaling behavior

ps: it's the only way to leave the game without getting blurry

specifically the high dpi settings in the compatibility settings within the Shipping.exe properties

Maybe this properties contradict ones in that ini file.
