Good SWFs will pair up to kick viktor and heal each other after successful strikes. Forced Penance can help guarantee value with an 80-second broken. Because of this, you will want stale biscuit as it often means the difference between getting another strike or wasting another 20 seconds to respawn and reposition viktor.
A bit of personal preference: I find oppression useful because in between the chaos of all survivors trying to heal each other and pick people up off the ground, an occasional kick on 3-gens can get a lot of value on big maps if survivors are really distracted.
Deathbound might give you a lot of value on a large map. Deerstalker also helps. (survivors often give info about where other survivors are located based on which way they crawl).
Leverage would actually be a good replacement for sloppy if you have it. (but I think forced penance would be better)
Corrupt Intervention
Forced penance / oppression / hex:ruin

No way Out
Gives you a strong early game, and a 2nd chance end-game to get a few easy kills with viktor.
As you get better with landing hits after a few games, can drop the end-game perks and go all-in on slugging perks like deerstalker, deathbound, etc.
Could also try switching out Fearmonger and Genetic Limits for Discordance and Tinkerer.
