Maybe report for AFK, but other than that, not really
Pinhead's Chain Hunt interrupts generators, but do not regress them.
The only thing you can do is remove chains then keep working gens.
His entire strategy is about you going to him, so don't.
Hope that helps if you ever meet another cube guarding Pinhead
It's basically just forcing you to play with a 50% repair speed debuff because you either have to dodge or remove the hooks every few seconds, which is an annoyance at worst. That's not to say that it isn't bad sportsmanship, but it's not in the same ballpark as things like 3 genning because you aren't being prevented from repairing generators in any way.
Killer being afk is the most easiest situation for survivor tbh.
Otherwise they bodyblocked chains and did gens.
I don't really consider this malicious or game breaking/hostage taking. Delaying and possibly boring yes but meh. Plus it's not like it happens every pinhead game.
During a Chain Hunt, the Lament Configuration continuously summons Chains that pursue and attempt to bind every Survivor, until any Survivor picks up the Lament Configuration, which ends the Chain Hunt.
The Cenobite can pick up the Lament Configuration himself, which will immediately start a Chain Hunt.
Additionally, all Survivors are instantly bound by Chains, causing them to scream and reveal their respective locations."
But if a Survivor gets the box, they can solve it before Chain Hunt activates, so the box is gone for a short time, then it re-appears, setting the time before Chain Hunt on again.
You can still solve it when Chain Hunt is active, but it is preferable to solve it before then.
This guy knows his ♥♥♥♥.
