Dead by Daylight movie?

(Cant post the link, but search DbD movie)

So apparently Blumhouse (who is amazing at horror movies) and Atomic Monster are tasked with making a DbD movie. My question is, how will they program all the bugs into the movie?

If i dont see an ace with a flashlight standing on a rock 9 inches above where a killer cant swing and hit them, ill be disappointed for sure

Blumhouse? Amazing at horror movies? yea.... idk about that, lol. If this is true, I wouldn't raise my expectations too high.

While I have no idea how they're gonna cram the backstory of the characters they choose to feature(probably the OGs, Dwight, Meg, Claudette, Jake, Trapper, Hillbilly and Wraith), and fit the trials, chases, hooking, powers, perks(?), the campfire, the time between each trial, Escaping, Hatch, how each character got into the trial, etc. I mean films are usually 1 hour 30 minutes.

Like with the tomes, they are just a series of episodes, so a series or mini-series would work well.

But I do enjoy Blumhouse movies and James Wan's movies so it'll be interesting to see how it goes.

I wonder if they're gonna use the movie to introduce a new killer and survivor duo too.

I'm EXTREMELY curious, though I wonder what part of the lore they're doing/how they handle what already exists.

Unless it goes the route of 1980's/early mario movie, our favorite sci-fi
