Many people have pointed out it also screws over Deathslinger, Cenobite, even Nemi with zombies getting stuck all over the place.
That never factored in to these map reworks. The developers do not care about killer.
The art team doesn't care about playability, although their designs are marvelous.
The devs... they are learning I think. (Ensuring 34+ killers function correctly might be a lot for them?)
Personally I love the red forest rework. It looks so life like now and adds realism to the views!
(I haven't played Blight on it, but have played Spirit on that map.)
The new Red Forest has the bonus problem of being extremely dark compared to recent bright maps; I'm seeing a return of Blendettes and camo-jacket Jakes because it can actually work again.
---
I stand by my theory that the devs only playtest new maps and reworked maps with the Trapper (baseline stats), Nurse (unique traversal mechanic means they need to test to make sure she can't fall through), and whoever the newest Killer is since the maps are dumbly designed to showcase their Power.
