Now it's alright, but any attentive survivor can just stop repairing the second before someone gets hooked and ignore it. DMS isn't very strong on its own, so even if it gets blocked after PR is dodged, all it becomes is a minor inconvenience that can just be ignored.
Until those get nerfed. Which I would expect to happen in the next update.
The reason i play that is because i want to infect a lot of people early
There are a lot of good ones though. Call of Brine, Jolt, Scourge Hook: Resonance, Dead Man's Switch, Deadlock, Discordance, Corrupt Intervention, Overcharge (for the regression more so than the nerfed skill check) and I also think that people sleep on Oppression and Dragon's Grip. Brutal Strength is also a great one if you're a defensive Killer. 50% on gen kicks and pallet breaks adds up a lot of time saved by the end of the game.
20%. You're mixing up Brutal and Enduring.
My bad. I suppose compared to regular breaking actions it feels like a huge difference.
It doesn't block the gen like DMS does, but it gives the information of where it hit and isn't counterable like DMS once the survivors identify it. Plus in later game generator Surveillance it catches out hiding survivors that wait for you to kick a gen and leave before returning to the gen.
Another combo would be pain res + jolt depending if your killer uses the m1 but you dont have to kick gens and both dont get in the way of each other and one can cover the weakspots of the other.
other gen regress perks are too weak. Eruption will be dead, ruin got destroyed , pop only has value when the gen has 80%+
slow downs basicly the same, only deathlock is good, thana only usable by plaque, dying light to weak + gives heal bonus to obsession, penti usable but you have to use other perks to encurage surv to cleanse totems ( or use shattered hope and pray they boon like idiots)
did i forget something ?
i liked the idea of pairing pain res with surveillance . always try to pick perks that synerge with each other.
