It's an easy challenge if you do it on wraith or ghostface, maybe even pig.
I think they can make the perk A+ with one easy change:
The perk is disabled whenever the totem is destroyed or the injured person is healed/downed. However, if there are still dull totems on the map it is not permanently disabled.
Use with Sadako and the Iridescent Videotape and Ring Drawing to play the condemned playstyle but without the slugging. Hear a survivor scream, teleport to them, hit them. Constantly teleport as you chase them to build up the condemned level. I got this to work on pretty open maps like Shelter Woods, not the usual stacked maps like The Game and Midwich.
Use with Wraith with Sloppy Butcher or the addon which gives him the Sloppy Butcher effect and play a hit-and-run playstyle. Survivors will have a hard time healing because they keep screaming and losing the progress on their heal.

Well shoot, I may need to try this out sometime. I already run it on a scream build for her but I didn't think of the condemned possibilities.
Yeah didn't quite pay attention to the whole description and missed the part with the terror radius. Guess Wesker wasn't the best choice but he's my favourite killer so ...
I'll keep that in mind if I ever play a stealth killer again ;) Thanks for the hints.
Glad you like the idea. Bloody Fingernails work in place of the Ring Drawing, it helps get the hits to reset your TVs, but you won't get the extra condemned from survivors healing obviously.
I don't use Wesker, but I'm pretty sure he has an addon that if survivor use the spray, become oblivous for 30 seconds (it hides your TR individually from each survivor), if you're going to try to use face the darkness with him, use this addon combined with the iris that the survivors already start with uruborus, they will be forced to use the spray and you have the full value of the perk, you don't even need to spend other perk slot with plaything to make the killer stealh nor even play with a real steah killer (ghost, wraith, sadako, etc), but remember that you need injure someone firist (lethal pursue is a good combo, try always keep someone injured)
