Lethal is generally better IMO, provided you use the information it gives you to full effect. Newer killers probably get more use out of CI though.
if you need to set-up (hag, trapper) -> corrupt intervention
if you're a chase killer (deathslinger, trickster, blight) -> lethal pursuer
If you're plague, you don't need any. Just use the prayer tablet fragment, infect gens and when people get infected just go back to the gens you did. Literal free pressure and a free slot aswell
