stop cleansing against plague

and i say this as a plague main lmfao
i feel like it should be obvious to everyone by now. i see players with hundreds of hours on this game that'll cleanse against plague and 0 hooks and 5 gens left. use ur brains

yea I agree cleansing is not always smart against plagues and I would honestly only really advise to do so in dire situations, But honestly if you cleanse please not where people have to be :c

i'm of the other thought, that you should always cleanse as plague. the meta was when she was first released to never do it and people would be mad at you if you did. I found the game a lot easier when everyone cleanses. The plague expects nobody to cleanse, she hopes for it.

It's not a never, EVER cleanse against the Plague, but there's definitely a right and a wrong time and way to do it. You don't want to use fountains near where you're working, and you want to hold off if you need to rescue an infected teammate or work an infected gen; finish that first, then cleanse.

i agree. plauge main here as well, i always want them to cleanse for one reason. cause the thing is the plauge can still activate her bloody purge without ever having to touch a fountain. survivors can just cleanse the last one and a random blood fountian will be consumed and activate her bloody purge without having to consume a corrupt one

As a plague hobbyist, cleansing against me only tells me where you are in that moment. I can't aim my puke to save my life, and am typically better trying to swing the lantern. XD
