Ultimately, only you can answer this: Are windows giving you a hard time? I'm a big proponent of shoring up your weaknesses rather than adding to your strengths, so if windows are thwarting you, tack it on and try it out.
Worst that happens is you lose a couple games.
The same applies to Hillbilly.
Same with Brutal Strength.
People poop on them because they're small percentages, but those small percents add up over time.
And a big *EYEROLL* to claiming it devolves game play while explaining in no way how it does.

There is one counter to a chainsaw and it is windows, so picking bamboozle at least for me was always good value on bubba because most tiles will have a window which you vault and force the survivor to either drop the pallet or get downed.
