New Sound Setting?

Well, sorry about that, can't call it sound, but maybe they should add visual effects for the deaf people or people with bad hearing?

Just a nice touch they could do. They already have that on the mobile version, so why not here? :)

Well it would be nice for people that are deaf or hard of hearing. Only problem is that people who aren't deaf or hard of hearing are going to be using it too for the extra obvious advantage visual sound effects add. It'll be a lot easier to run a killer around a loop if you have a visual effect telling you which way he's going when you can't actually see him, and for killers it'll be easier to find survivors you wouldn't normally be able to see.

well, they could do something like Fortnite did, when you turned visual sound effect on your surround sound would turn off, that could be a way to counter the people that are going to take advantages over this setting
