Tombstone Myers and Play With Your Food
When murdering survivors with Tombstone Piece, Myers does not lose any stacks of PWYF. Although the description of PWYF says that performing a basic or special attack will consume 1 Token. Is killing a survivor using the Tombstone Piece not a special attack?

Is this a bug, or is it intended to work like this?

It is totally intended to work like this. You are not technically performing an offensive action when you mori them with tombstone. So the game just basically counts it like you did nothing. Trust me, Tombstone Myers is already bad with the speed, but without the PWYF, literally nobody will ever run it.

Yes, I just found it weird that it didnt remove a stack. It makes it even stronger.

A mori is not a special attack.

But that is how it is suppose to work even in the wiki.
Though think about the downside of the tombstone and all the time waste associated and you will understand .

Tombstone already makes myers slow. Intended or not , it should keep the speed boost after mori
