Is there a perk that silences the killers heart beat?

I'm just curious, i play survivor and killer in equal measure but i havent dumped any points into any of my killers (i get along fine with stock wraith) but i was wondering if there is a perk the killer gets that silences the heart beat after they have been standing still for some time.

I only ask because i was in a match with a hill billy and he had hooked some one, i ran to the hook since i didnt hear the heartbeat and he popped out of a corner all of 5 feet away playing a very shreaking sound when he revealed himself.

Insidious - Unlocks the stealth ability. By standing still for {time} seconds, you reduce your terror radius to 0 and become stealthy until you move or act again.

Insidious silences the hb if you stand still after a few seconds. Useful for a surprise attack

yes there is a perk that yif you stand still for an alotted time your fear raduis goes dow to 0

Yes insidious. If you stand still for 6 seconds (for rank 3) your heartbeat goes away until you move again. Also if that game was like 2 hours ago then that was me.
A good way to counter it is to look around for the red light before going for the unhook.
