When does ivory memento mori appear in the bloodweb?
I've been trying to get the kill a survivor by your hands as the hillbilly and I seem to be to inept of a killer to get it with a cypress. I know it is random but I was hopping to know approximately what level I can hope to start seeing them. If anyone who has gotten one can tell me when they got theirs it would be appreciated. I currently have him at level 19.

You already answered your own question as best as anyone who didn't code the game can answer it. It's random. I got an Ebony Memento Mori at a low level (around 15 I think). You might get one on your next bloodweb or it might take 50 more before you get one. Who knows?
