MacMillan Estate Infinites need to be removed for good
I really don't know what the Devs thought about when they decided to leave the Infinites in the MacMillan Estate maps as they were or in the case of Suffocation Pit and Coal Tower, make them even worse.

The only maps I've played today were on the MacMillan Estate and like the skillless little pricks most high rank Survivors still are, they equip Sprint Burst and Self-Healing and run for their lives to the remaining Infinites when you chase them, even if it's half-way across the map. Sometimes they don't even leave that particular part of map and make sure to stay in close proximity to the infinite. Only when they have to do the last gens, they'll gingerly move towards them.

Coal Tower and Suffocation Pit are now even worse Infinite spots than they were before the patch. With all that added clutter around the houses, they Killer now takes even longer to walk around. Especially at Suffocation Pit, you can now only get them if they really screw up badly (which is rare) or when two or more of them want to vault over the same window and block eachother.

And the don't even get me started on the window next to the generator in the Iron Works. Probably most people have by now heard or seen of the Streamer that had to chase someone literally for hours in this spot as the Killer is simply not fast enough to catch up before the vault again.

Just played against four rank 1 on this map and they were clearly a SWF part, while I was chasing after one around and inside the Iron Works the other three would do generators and sabotage hooks. When I gave up the pursuit and decided to go for someone else, I could maybe hit them once before they reached the infinite again and the other three would again spread out and each do a different generator. They got them up and running in under 5 minutes and I only managed to get two of them hooked thanks to NOED, otherwise I would have lost the game (which three of them actually did as they were just too quick and didn't get enough points in Boldness and Altruism to pip).

I'm glad they removed most infinite spots, you can now see people who have true skill at this game and who just relied on infinites, but while removing some spots, they still left quite a bit unchanged and made some even worse.

No they didn't. Even worse, they haven't fixed Wretched Shop hangar infinite, not entirely. Depending on a random spawn of window blockers it's still possible to infinite juke at that spot.

Nope, they didn't. Let me guess... you're a skillless window juker?

Watch this, if you don't believe that they didn't remove all infinites, this is after the patch came out: Hours 3-6 are in ONE SINGLE game: https://www.twitch.tv/admiral_bahroo/v/80829386

in no way are you , as a killer, entitled to 4 sacrifices each map and if you are that stupid to chase people around windows instead of patrolling generators then you deserve to lose.

As I said, you prick, I didn't lose. The point is, that the devs regard infinites as an exploit, and that they still didn't remove all of them like they intended to. And I don't chase after them the whole time, but you can't just patrol generators for the whole game and not chase after them when you find them at a one. You don't get points for simply patroling the generators.

And I don't mind not getting all four kills and I know I'm not entitled to it. I simply hate those taunting little pricks who abuse an exploit constantly. That is not how the should is to be played and that has nothing to do with skill. They only managed to reach such high ranks by cheating.

Inb4: I also play Survivor as much as I play Killer and I have no respect for exploiting players. Because I hate jukers as a Killer, I'll even try to bodyblock a juking Survivor with my Survivor so the Killer manages to get a hit. They don't deserve their points and ranks.

Maybe you should take a break, you're all wound up over a videogame.

1. It's BS that survivors should have safe zones where they run to or stay all game and not be reached.

2. Everybody knows that you shouldn't chase somebody around an infinite. Maybe one or two loops at certain ones to assess whether or not they have the basic motor skills required to pull off the infinite. The fact that you have to go find somebody else is bull. Ignoring a problem doesn't fix it.

3. What if the last survivor is at an infinite and refuses to leave?

I agree that it's way easier as killer than survivor. But you scrubs who defend infinites act like it's impossible to survive without them. I made it to rank 10 without ever using an infinite and I'm not a great survivor. Balance is not a reason to keep infinites in the game. That argument is so stupid.

Edit: I actually often times get the hatch escape shelter woods as a survivor because a lot of other survivors don't know what to do on a map without infinites.

Have you not played the game since the patch? About half of the infinites are fixed, some of the ones that remain are even worse because the devs added extra ♥♥♥♥ around them for some reason.

.................. some of them are here to stay, they did fix a hell of alot of them, and they are still fixing it, if you want an easy game go back to rank 20 and play with the level 1 charaters

i'm a killer main and i preferred this game when it was actually hard... i preferred it when there were infinites all over and I had to use all my cunning to outsmart the apes..

now the game has been inundated with crybabies on both sides and the devs are dumbing the game down so much it just isn't as fun or challenging as it was.

I agree it's too easy as killer. To the point that it often times isn't fun. Some matches are like beating a one legged man in an ass kicking contest. I still don't see that as a reason to keep infinites in the game. Balance should be done in terms of map restructuring. Make more maps like Autohaven Wreckers. Balance should not be achieved by leaving in a cheesey exploit to the vaulting mechanic. I'd like survivors to have more of a chance, but not by running to their safety base whenever they are found. It breaks the whole concept of the game and looks ridiculous.
You guys made it sound like Survivors won't be able to survive without Infinite. Rofl

If I wanted an easy game I'd play survivor and never venture far from the nearest infinite. I hardly play killer anymore. It usually either way too easy because the survivors aren't skilled and don't use infinites or it's way too frustrating because the survivors aren't skilled and use infinites. When the survivors abuse infinites it's tons of points for all involved but I'd rather it be fun. Balance is not a reason to keep infinites in the game. People that defend them either lack foresight or don't want their crutch taken away. I like to see overall map design that favors survivors more like Autohaven minus BS like the three window garage.
