What the hell is secondary action button?
It promised me insta-heal on secondary action. I died cause I didn't figure that out.

spacebar

use M2 like normal to activate the item then press spacebar

space bar you press it while holding m2 to heal which will activate your add on

but really the controller controls are bad, don't play with a controller :(
