Scavenger build: Bond/Saboteur, plunder's instinct, small game, spine chill.
Sadly its not about minds. Dwight skills suck, you can succeed with 0 perks at all but his perks are worth nothing if you compare them with any other character.
With Urban Evasion, you can crouch-walk from 40% (lvl1) up to 50% (lvl3) FASTER than other survivors. In combination with Iron Will (no grunting noises), Calm Spirit (no crows alert) and Premonition (see direction from which the killer approaches) it creates the ultimate Ninja Loadout, allowing you to move across the map like a ghost.
Because it got the best perk in the game : Bond .
Play it with Kindred We'll Make it and Leader you got yourself a strong built .
