How can I check the recent players?

I would like to add some people but I can't see them in recent players, how do I do to check their profile?

Steam overlay, view players, recent. Yea only works as Survivor ♥

Its the way steam works out the p2p, if you do it as a killer you will see yourself only as a recent player. Annoying coz there have been times where noob SWF teams made really dumb mistakes and it would be great to just add them and help them out. God knows I tried adding manually but when a guy is named "Patrick" good luck with that.
