Sabotage & Toolbox?
Am i wrong or when you sabotaging with toolbox using Sabotage perk you do it twice slower (same speed as perk`s)?

I'm not sure. I killed myself to get the perk and now that I have it seems so slow. I was hoping it would endure the toolbox more and make it abit faster if not at least the same speed. It makes no sense... you have a perk to sabotage hooks and traps, when you dont have the perk, using the toolbox alone it destroys it in seconds... but with the perk and toolbox it takes 3 times slower....

it feels the same for me, but only on rank 2 sabotage, i'm not sure how it was on rank 1 sabotage plus toolbox. i'm just not sure if it is a bug or wanted when you have a toolbox and saboteur, that your sabotage is slower when you use the toolbox. would make no sense to use one when you have saboteur, since you are still pretty slow with destroying hooks AND can lose the box, a valueable item!

can any dev say something about that?

Hacksaw + Toolbox left and right click has the same speed on Sabo 3

how does it work with selfheal and medkit? when you have both. is medkit selfheal also slower? if yes, then both may be intended or bugged, if healing with medkit is faster as selfheal without, then the toolbox + sabo is a bug.

Healing with Medkit is working as intended, on a full healing build i healed myself in less than 5 seconds with addons / right perks.

Toolbox + sabo is a bug thats for sure

Its not. If you have toolbox or medkit with addon that buff speed it will give buff to perk too.

but your perk should not slow you down when you use the item, it should just consume the item and the perk extends the duability of the item.

Addons gives speed to perks

you understand that when you are using only sabo perk 2 + toolbox as items for a round no addons or sacrefices, then your usual perk speed AND toolbox speed are the same slow.
This is the topic, no addons or other things. you still should be able to work faster with the toolbox when you use it like when you don't use the sabo perk.

nobody even cares about the addons, you should be able to sabotage at toolbox speed when you use it. no matter if you have the sabo perk or not.

I tested it with Sabotage Tier 2 (don't have Tier 3 yet) and Toolbox with Hacksaw:
- fastest: no perk, only tb
- medium: perk equipped, sabotaging with tb
- slowest: using perk

edit: A friend of mine says that he doesn't see a difference between using Sabotage Tier 3 and using Toolbox (when having the perk equipped).

Try Toolbox with a Hack saw on, try to sabotage trap or hooks, "Left Click and Right Click" has the same speed. It buff speed ofc, but left and right is the same.

toolbox i dont think makes it go faster just use less on each hook with no sab perk i can take 2 hooks with a box with sab lvl 2 i can take out 6

i remember sabtage rank 1 and toolbox, using the toolbox was fast and you could destroy 3 hooks until the toolbox was gone, good old times xD

maybe i remember it wrong... still no work from the devs?
