How do you add people
@ score screen?

Add people? If you mean to your Steam friends list, open the Steam overlay and open 'recent games'. They should be on the list of people you've played with recently. There's no way to directly send a friend request from the score screen in-game. Have to use the overlay.

I mean ingame in Dead by daylight.. People seem to add me all the time after the games.

What? They add you on Steam? They just find your name or do what FerretBomb said.
