The fact that you got your advantage over the new players doesn't change depending on the method. It's great that you played a lot, and you deserve that good feeling of accomplishment, but the issue that people can farm for it doesn't mean you're any less entitled to that feeling. And if need be, if people honestly want to see what other people do that has no consequence to you as a problem, then just throw a 10k cap on private games. There's a solution to this that doesn't involve forcing me to suffer through the hackers/cheaters of this game, even if they're only semi-common.
And all I want to do is play with friends, as well. You're making a lot of assumptions, and presumably without reading anything.
That debunks any argument right there.
