What are toolbox and medkit charges???

I have an add on that says it adds 25 charges to the toolbox what does that mean?

How much use they have

medkit has a base of 16 charges
toolbox has a base of 150 charges

For example: u can use your medkit two times in a row. (default medkit without any addons.)

but when u add some charges u can use it more than twice. (@all: feel free to correct me. i'm not quite sure.)

Yes.

Yes in game so if you equip a medkit by itself and use it fully until the item is gone that's 16 charges
