If I prestige do I lose my teachable perks on other characters?

Ok so someone told me if I had prestiged and another character has already learned one of the teachable perks it will stay. But will it still show up on the bloodweb for ranking the perk further if I had prestiged?

Update: K i found the answer on my own. Yes you can still obtain the teachable perks even after you prestige. You do not even need to teach them before you prestige.

a teachable perk is a perk that can be ranked up in anothers bloodweb.

Prestige doesn't do anything.

that's like saying wil the butter burn on the piece of toast even though the toast is cold, no it will not burn, they are two entirely different things.

there will be a menu before you prestige that says the same thing.

once you have gotten the teachable perk, it is able to shown on another character's bloodweb, nothing will change the fact that you got a teachable perk, its pretty obvious, does that answer your question? jesus Christ.

yeah but most people have said that you can only teach the perks first then prestige since you won't get them in bloodweb. so when you answered I thought you meant what most people said.
