Is there a way to automatically skip the launch cutscene?

Was wondering if there was a command I can put in the shortcut to skip the cutscene when launching the game and go straight to the main menu?

Edit: YES, I am aware I can skip the cutscene by left clicking. You're missing the point, I don't want it to load at all.

I do not even get a cutscene when launching the game.. Are you talking about the screen that asks you to press a button?

No, for me there's a cutscene everytime I launch the game, I was wondering if there was a command to automatically skip it, or make it not load.

Just left-click, that's what I do to skip it.

Do you mean the scene at the very beginning? I can skip it by clicking left mouse button.

Yep, left-click is all you need to skip it.

Try deleting or renaming

C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dead by Daylight\DeadByDaylight\Content\Movies\LoadingScreen.mp4

You can remove the videofile. That's what I did because the launchoptions didn't work for me.

Ahh thanks. Yea I never get that.While it is kinda cool I can understand how it can get annoying if its playing all the time.

I know this is an old thread, but if anyone sees this message, doesn't renaming it simply work for one patch since the 'correctly-named' save file will just be downloaded again on next patch?
