I think its the secondary of the map, you need an addon for it. Or there is a legendary weapon!

It's an add-on you can put on the map, A player can place a marker that anyone on his team can see. The killer can't see it aswell so it's a good way to mark gens or the hatch.

ive seen it for the second time today and i was wondering what it meant so i went there and there was nothing as i was walking around it to see if there is anything i walked into a hidden bear trap ... #fun

That's both hilarious and awful.

It's an addon for the map, similar to the Toolbox instant repair and Medkit instant heal.
You press spacebar to activate it, sort of like a beacon for your teammates.

That's just great. A friendly survivor tries to warn you of the trap, and ends up luring you right into it.
