How do I use the "brand new part"

I know it pairs up as an addon with the toolbox, even reading the description I just don't know how it works.

It states it fixes a generator instantly, upon second try or something like that.

Tried using it numerous times to no success. Can anyone shed some light?

I'd never use that myself because I want to keep my toolboxes. They're hard to find.

Well you unlock them for it to be used...

Yeah, and I use them for sabotaging only. I lose some occasionally when I die. If I had like ten of them I'd definitely use the brand new part though, but I only have one currently.

If the toolbox simply became empty and I could escape with it, then I'd use the brand new part without hesitation. But unfortunately the toolbox just disappears when you use all the charges.

u have to hit the space bar, while holding mouse 2 - didnt know how it worked for the longest time either ... they really could describe that bette rin the game

Thanks. I'll try again I suppose - so hold the second mous button whilst hitting spacebar on a genorator? Even when a skill check is not due right?

press m2 to gen then press space, but u gonna loose ur toolbox and addons

the funny thing is i have a bug that I never lose any of my items after a game even if i get killed and it says that ive lost them but i still have them in my inventory this is pretty sick

it uses the next one in ur inventory until they are all gone

Hold down RMB to repair/heal, then push space bar to trigger the addon and consume the item.

If everyone took the time to read the description on the addon and the keybinds under the game settings it very clear states. Put two and two together and you have your answer.
